管理培训生项目介绍 About the Program

      SKP 管理培训生项目旨在发展和培养公司未来的优秀管理者。该项目提供最具竞争力和全面性的培训计划包括高质量的课堂培训、广泛的实践培训、跨职能岗位轮换、与公司高管互动等等。实习期间将跟随带训师进行学习，经理随时答疑解惑，总监作为一对一导师亲自辅导。项目结束后，毕业生将被提升到公司的管理岗位。

SKP Management Trainee Program is aimed at developing excellent administrators of SKP. This competitive and comprehensive program is providing the highest quality classroom training, extensive practical training in the field, cross-functional rotations, interactions directly with company’s top Executives, and more. The trainee will be under the care of a Supervisor for work-related task at all times, as well as a Director coaching trainees one-on-one. After the program, Graduates will be promoted into a supervisory role within the company.  

管理培训生项目方向包括招商采购 (时尚买手)、运营、视觉陈列、市场推广、人力资源等

The program concentrations are currently available in Merchandising & Leasing, Purchasing (Buyer), Retailing Operation, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Human Resources, and etc.

培养周期：18至24个月

18 – 24-month accelerated program

招聘要求Requirements

- 高素质、可塑性强、热爱零售、团队合作、积极勤勉、传播时尚、自我激励。

- 应届本科生、海外留学应届毕业生、工作经验小于二年的往届毕业生。

- 服从公司工作地点调配。

- Passionate for developing a career in retail and luxury industries

- A team player with great communication skills

- University graduate in any disciplines with under 2 years of working experiences;
